Quality #4 - Open-Heartedness

The HeartMath Institute claims that the frequency of our physical heart can project out into a room as much as 50 feet! Coupled together with the fire element quality of open-heartedness, this physicality of our hearts energy affects how we relate to other people well before we may have said anything to them! Being open-hearted, especially in the face of challenges, requires that we tap into our inner sense of unconditional love and forgiveness. It's a place that can require us to be vulnerable, and courageous as we radically accept what is for any given situation and reach for it's higher purpose for us. Sometimes, it challenges us to set aside our beliefs and values to provide the allowing and accepting others need from us. When we are open-hearted we easily seek to find the higher perspective that explains all and allows love to flow.

In the world of energy - love melts all negativity!

What we project from our heart is often mirrored in all of our relationships. When it is open and loving we can as easily say 'hello' and act considerately with strangers as we do warmly embracing a close friend. Our presence brings pleasure to everyone we meet.
