In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Earth is part of the sacred cycles of repatterning because it reminds us that energy moves in patterns through our bodies, our homes, and our lives. Each element has its own personality, qualities, and seasonal expression, and Earth is especially alive in late summer and during the transitional windows between seasons.
I think of Earth Element as the mystical fifth season. It is the energy that helps us move through change with steadiness, feel supported as we transition, and return to what nourishes us most. This is the energy that helps us feel centred, safe, and connected — especially when life is shifting.
