In this month's PHD, we identify the patterns underlying one of the most impactful and sometimes overwhelming times of the year—tax season! But your taxes don’t have to be overwhelming. This can be a time of clarity, growth, and success when we get you resonating with the right mindset.

For many, tax season isn’t just about numbers; it triggers a reflection of what has or has not happened in the past year, a tally of what we accomplished measured in dollars. How do you respond to that number? Do you approach it with harsh judgment or a sense of balance? For many, it’s not the number that matters as much as our perception of it—and what others may think.
And the tax filing process! It can feel confusing or overwhelming, especially if numbers aren’t your thing. You may have procrastinated, become immobilized, or even have stopped filing altogether in a previous year. This can create a non-coherent pattern that accumulates stress, shame, or embarrassment, blocking our ability to move forward.
But remember: "While they say death and taxes are inevitable— they are also a resonance... and you can change your resonance!"
What I’ve learned is that, like everything else in life, taxes are a resonance, defined as an energy pattern. Underlying this process are patterns of self-worth, past experiences, and family dynamics that influence how we approach money and taxes. Once we break free from these old patterns, we can more easily approach taxes with clarity and positive action.
Many people who’ve repatterned these issues report surprising and delightful results—everything from issues resolving in their favor to unexpected refunds. They also describe a sense of euphoric relief and inner freedom.
