Are you aware of your own inner light? The dictionary defines it as "divine presence held  to enlighten and guide the soul."   When we are intouch with this connection we never feel alone, or abandoned or unloved and have a sense that the divine is always there for us.   Expressed in our resonant field of energy, our presence energizes others and we are open to receiving wisdom and guidance from our wise self as we move through our day.   We feel content, balanced and empowered. 

For many this can be an unimaginable state of being because we have allowed life's disappointments, traumas and upsets to contract our light.  In this state of  non-coherence we can find ourselves: 

• using negative language or swearing frequently
  
• thinking ill of others or being suspicious
• anticipating bad things happening
• feeling disconnected from the divine
• inner guidance from our wise self feels missing
• we can feel quite alone

Whether you have been doing personal work a long time or just getting started, this repatterning will help you become aware of your inner light and goodness and practices to maintain this expanded state of being. 

In this repatterning we will...

• Discover the patterns that dim our inner light such as procrastination, negative attitudes, frustration, competition or  fears
• Identify how our attitude, response or concept of time are related to our light 
• How our vision of possibility is impacted by our eyesight
• Align with an expression of needs and feelings and other patterns that support a coherent way of being, thinking, and acting that supports our inner connection to our light

This repatterning will help us to :

• Appreciate our goodness and being-ness
• Own our inner light and power 
• Identify the changes we are ready to make when we can see clearly
