Sometimes, we are doing all of the right things to support our health and fitness or know what the right things are, but just can't make the commitment. Chances are that unconscious patterns are blocking our conscious efforts to attain and maintain great health and fitness. Of course, over a year of COVID restrictions also doesn't help. The lock-downs have shut down many natural daily activities that get us moving and as things open up we may be reluctant to resume these activities. Perhaps staying home has given control to many to eat more healthily while others may have adopted just the opposite with their own version of the British Baking Show - indulging it too often.

The overall intention for this repatterning session is to: Set our health and fitness goals and resonate with being aware of what supports our health and fitness and take the right action in each moment to moment choice we face.
In this repatterning we'll do an "Acupuncture" type repatterning checking for all of the primary optimal physical qualities for all 12 meridians of the 5 Element System of energy including, for example, “I have a strong heart” etc. We'll also do a Commitment Repatterning to support our health & fitness intentions.
