My first introduction to repatterning work was in the spring of 1996. I wasn't expecting it, hadn't planned for it BUT I still remember how captivated I was with this new paradigm of creating change. It introduced me to a significant pivot on my career path - and I have never looked back. It is no coincidence this journey started in the spring.
The spring season activates our wood element qualities of vision, planning, new starts and possibilities. It is a rather exciting abundant energy, a time of year when people fall in love, new budgets are announced, homes are bought and sold and more. When we are in touch with our wood element energy we can get excited about new possibilities in our own life and optimistically move towards options that are a bit of stretch.
