Resonate with Willpower and Positive Habits
Saturday July 17th  2021 at 1:00PM Eastern 

[10:00am Pacific | 11:00am Mountain | 12:00p Central | 6:00pm London UK]

In this session we will be using the power of chakra energy particularly Fire chakra for willpower, self-esteem, and being in right action AND the Water chakra for sustaining positive habits and their supporting emotions.  When it is coherent, the energy of habitual behavior can help us become efficient in our use of time, and saves our energy for other priorities.    For example goals like having always having our home neat and tidy are easily supported by daily actions that keep things in order. We do it without thinking.  

However when our life needs of any kind are not met, we are now fighting our brain and sense of willpower to resist negative habits that create short term work-around’s to the pain of not having our needs met.  Our positive habits can easily spiral down to the life depleting negative side.  Soon these negative habits start using up our energy reserves and we can feel fatigued, depleted, and depressed.

Becoming conscious and aware of our habits and resonating with what we want will help us create positive daily outcomes to keep adding to our life story.

In this repatterning we will...

  • Name and clear our issues with will power and bad habits 
  • Name intentions to form habits that supports our life vision intention
  • Identify and resonate with the coherent qualities of managing time  that will help us manage our life effectively

  • Stop or reduce our bad habits 
  • Practice  new habits of success
  • resonate with a new sense of empowerment and willpower
  • tell ourselves a better story about our how our life is working out.
