Explore the entanglement of patterns in your Personal Holographic Universe involving Luck, Synchronicity and Flow.
Three wonderful qualities to cultivate on our holographic journey are luck, synchronicity, and flow. When we experience these energetic states, life can feel magical, wonderful, and like we are in love with life itself. Most people experience some aspect of these states in at least a few life events - falling in love, getting married, being promoted, landing a new career job or yes,... winning a lottery or other game of chance.
While it may blow our energy circuits to be in a state of flow, good luck and synchronicity all the time, you may wish to cultivate the ability to call on these qualities when you need them. Your “To Do” list, big project at work, vacation plans etc. may all benefit. To be in this state, also means that we must be able to let go of patterns and negative beliefs that habitually block our success if only temporarily. Awareness of our own mind chatter that routinely cancels our state of luck, synchronicity and flow includes saying things like ‘I am so unlucky’, “I will never be able to…”, “I can’t focus.” Etc
In this Repatterning, I will draw on the work of three authors who address aspects of our topic.
- Richard Wiseman, a researcher who has studied and identified the characteristics of lucky people and whether we can cultivate these traits in his book "The Luck Factor: The Scientific Study of the Lucky Mind"
- Deepak Chopra - who has written many books explaining synchronicity, including “Synchrodestiny: Harnessing the Infinite Power of Coincidence to Create Miracles" c2004. He talks extensively on the spiritual quality of minding coincidences and finding their true messages to support our life path. He calls this synchro destiny.
- Steven Kotler and Jamie Wheal authors of Stealing Fire: How Silicon Valley, the Navy SEALs, and Maverick Scientists Are Revolutionizing the Way We Live and Work c2018 - have studied many organizations and situations that capture the state of 'flow' and identified four main qualities that underlie this state.

- Selflessness - literally meaning to temporarily lose your sense of self-identity and experience 'collective awareness'. I.e. Julie Simmons as proxy for the group
- Timelessness - a flow state where our brain stops checking in on the past and future and focuses deeply on the present. In this state, we lose track of time.
- Effortlessness - in a flow state ...'our brain releases six neurochemicals that make you feel as if you are a master of your craft and as if you are on your way to producing a masterpiece."
- Richness - this element helps you to make connections faster than usual, tap into new layers of energy and 'see' new patterns within existing ones. You will find yourself mixing and matching ideas to create new solutions, and can look at things with a new perspective.
